I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how to plug the syrginges when you're traveling so the chemicals don't leak.
I realize there is a rack you can buy, but I'm in the U.S. and the shipping on that is prerry pricey.
Thanks for any advice.
You might find something on eBay, try looking for "Luer slip tip" syringe end caps. I never used them, as I use the dock, but failing that find a small rigid container you can store the (full) syringes in. The dock is great, but even so, I use a plastic bag containing a cloth to soak up any unexpected leaks just in case.
Syringe caps and a suitable flat sealable food storage container works. Amazon has both!
Yes you can get syringe caps. Alternatively you could bottle your chemistry and fill up when you need. Always remember to carry a dump bottle for spent chems!
Hey! Good point... It seems that syringe caps exist for this purpose, but you may need to get syringes with a screw thread inside the tip. Failing that, maybe you could make some press-fit ones from Sugru or similar?
