OUR STORY.
Pinsta camera's parent company Novacrylics Engineering has deep roots within traditional photography. Nova Darkroom was formed as a partnership in the 80's after, through a passion for photography, Harry Graham New invented the Nova vertical slot processor. After many successful years the partners of the company decided to part ways which is when Harry formed Novacrylics Engineering, still producing photographic equipment for Nova Darkroom for many years, and still to this day producing photographic equipment for the company which Nova Darkroom eventually became - Imaging Warehouse.
Harry retired (although never completely) around ten years ago and the company Novacrylics has since been run by his sons Matthew and Oliver New. Pinsta pinhole cameras were subsequently born by Oliver from an idea which formed with a passion for not only bringing a great new product to current analog photography enthusiasts but also to try and bring people back to the hobby and maybe introduce some new people into the hobby too.
Black and white photography erases time from the equation.
